Upgrade an installation

Ask your agent:

Update my Shaka installation. Preserve my customizations and check whether
this repository needs configuration changes. Keep its review and merge choices.

For a fork, ask it to compare upstream changes before updating. Installation and repository configuration may need to move together; the agent uses the upgrade procedure and prepares any repository changes for review.

Automatic update notifications are not currently implemented.
